Wonderful laptop

It was so easy to set up-I didn't need any help, which is unusual. The camera is great--the first week I had it, I was on a Zoom meeting, and the other participants commented on how great the picture was and asked me what the brand was of my laptop. Also good: Two days after I bought the laptop, it went on sale. Best Buy gave me a credit to reflect the sale price, which was wonderful.

Wonderful laptop for 3D design.

My 10 year old laptop just didn’t have enough computing or graphic memory and just died out every few minutes when using the 3D design programs. I’m very pleased with this laptop.

Great laptop

Had no problems so far, it's fast and has a great picture. I bought a wireless mouse along with it, so I keep forgetting it has a touchscreen too. Also use mu Bluetooth earpods when studying, which hooked up easily. I also have a 2TB external hard drive (which I already had) to maximize storage space. So far I'm very pleased with this purchase.
