My new computer had some glitches. The Geek squad tried to remedy the problem, but the same problems still existed. I conveyed to the Geek Squad that i wanted another computer since this was a recent purchase. After 12 days I received my new computer & had the GS program it, so far so good.

Good computer, but static shock may shut it down

Something was wrong with the computer - if I built up a small static shock, simply touching the computer sent a jolt up my arm and immediately shut the computer off. I had to reboot it and it showed the "blue screen" of death. The 2nd computer I got doesn't have that problem (as I can tell yet)

HP Envy Laptop

Easier than it looks when first brought online. Many useful features that enhances its quality. One caveat is the difficulty in installing my older HP LaserJet printer. Months later and I have not been able to get the two to communicate. My second HP Officejet Network printer installed quite easily.
