I actually had to get two. The first one crashed within 24 hours for no apparent reason and I got the blue screen of death. I called Bestbuy and they said bring it in and they replaced it and I was Up and running again. I was very impressed with Bestbuy.

Computer was very easy to set up and is such a great upgrade to my previous laptop. Love the fingerprint log in and touchscreen. Very lightweight but the screen is large and very crisp. I like that you can turn the camera off. So far nothing I don't like about the laptop!

I brought this computer on 5-16 on 5-24 I had a blue screen issue i decided to keep it which is my fault this is a really nice computer and i needed it for work, We are now almost a month in and the screen began flashing computer cut off and wouldn't turn back on i called best buy they told me to call hp their return policy is only 15 days i wish i didn't buy from best buy.

So far no issues. easy set up ...................

Im still in the process of getting it set up with all my personal stuff, but it seems to be performing as expected. I do have some issues that I will address at my appointment. I'll get back to you all when it's completely set up and let you know more.

I called and asked for some guidance to go with my choices of wanting to photo edit and have good screen capabilities and easy to add the programs I wanted.. Very helpful and easily answered all of my questions! Thank you!

The 10th Gen HP is the best laptop I've owned to date. The "Walk Through" set-up instructions are terrific. I was up and running in no time. It's quick start, and fast response saves time in networking. And the fingerprint "Log-on" is a great time saving addition. Buy this Laptop!

I bought this to allow me to send my previous HP Envy for repair. The hinge between the laptop and screen failed. I can still use it but can't close it. The new one was pretty straight forward to set up. I am very happy with it and hope the hinge lasts on this one.

This is a great laptop, You can have multiple windows and multiple programs open at the same time and doesn’t slow it down one bit. I also use Autocad Architecture and Revit 3D and neither program slows it down. Also for its size, it’s not heavy. Overall just a great laptop.

There is a lot available (programming) on this laptop. It has been 15 years since my last laptop was purchased. So I have a lot to learn. My old eyes like the big display. The calculator keypad to the right of the keyboard was a must for me.

This is my first laptop. Working the key board is very different. I have been learning more and more of the secrets that are in a top end lap top. Pad operation has been trial and error but mostly success. I am very happy with the Envy and i am glad I purchased it.

I was gonna get a mac book pro to use for my recording studio but I’ve changed my mind to this amazing lap top It was built to be a powerful tool to work woth any software recording and the 17” screen is awesome! Plus the touch screen function I really love it .

I think the fingerprint ID needs to be refined as it's hit & miss as to whether your finger print is always read or not, often causing you to have to revert to using a pin number, slowing down your start time to get on your laptop. Otherwise, it's a very good laptop

It acted weird at first, but after giving it a few minutes to settle down, everything is fine. It's a great laptop and I guess the jury will be out for the next couple of years on whether it was actually worth the cost. Seems so, but will it last? TBD

We bought this for multiple uses including online meetings and gaming. It really seems to work very well. The SSD drive is super fast and so far it has handled everything we've thrown at it. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a mid range laptop.

I’m on my third HP now and this one is, by far, the best machine they’ve put out! The picture quality when you watch/stream movies, the processing speed, the sleek look to it. I can go on and on, but it really has impressed me and continues to do so with each use

I bought this laptop in July 2020, I was excited when I bought it. It is sleek, powerful, and has a touch screen. I have also always stuck with HP and they usually last me a good 6-7 years. Since November of 2020 the HP Envy freezes up, where the only option is to do a hard shut down. I've changed the settings to no sleep mode, but it goes into sleep mode anyway, sometimes I can't get it to wake back up, with the laptop fully charged. There are times when I try to turn my laptop on, but it take a few tries for it to turn on. I am beyond disappointed in this HP product. However, when it decides to turn on and work, it's great.

Recently purchased an HP Envy laptop at the recommendation of Geek Squad at Murray Best Buy. The Geek Squad was also able to transfer all files and itunes from an older crashed laptop to the new laptop and did so sooner than anticipated. Love the new laptop.

So far I' happy with the computer but i've only used it for a week. There were a coupe of glitches getting programs loaded and the old hard drive down loaded. Mostly "user error", but it was also time consuming to get scheduled with the Geeks. They were very helpful once i sat down with them.
