I like that it is a powerful laptop with SSD that I'm hoping will give me many years of trouble-free use. The 12GB memory is probably more than I will ever need but it's good to know that I have room to expand if necessary.

I use this for my work at home it has a good camera and is essential to my Zoom classes. The only thing I would change is there should be an option to use back ground sound if desired, as for me it is important in my work.

I replaced my old laptop with the same brand but a larger screen, I had no complaints with the old, it just wore out. I use my computer daily due to working remotely. It gets a lot of use and that’s why I got the 17” this time.

I have another Envy laptop from 2017 17.3 and needed a new one and this one is even nicer. The hard drive is super fast. The screen is VERY clear, bright and the processing speed is top notch. Highly recommend this laptop!

Super easy to set up - practically does it on it's own - fast operation - great webcam for ZOOM meetings - almost forgot the touchscreen!

Great laptop! This model isn’t too slow and can handle multiple applications for office work. Highly recommend this laptop for every day use or even similar laptop models if an i7 intel core is not in your budget.

I had an issue with my new computer and made me an appointment the very next day. They were so kind and efficient. Explained to me what the issue was and how to fix it next time myself. Of course it was operator error LOL

Thank you to the staff at Best Buy in Santa Rosa for helping me choose this computer quickly during SIP. I am a teacher and can't afford to lose a day without a computer. The staff helped me choose the right computer, fast!

I do a lot of heavy processing and play lots of games on my laptop and this has held up great. It can run a little bit hot sometimes but that's not an issue on a desk. If you're in the price range this is a great machine.

Geek squad downloaded previous hard drive to laptop in a minimum of time. Also answered all questions in a very friendly manner. Product is exactly what we wanted.

I bought a HP six years ago and I like the way it performed. Now it was time to buy another and decided on this one. I am still trying to figure out how to do a print screen but it eludes me every time I try. That was a lot easier on the old one.

The laptop was really nice, big touch screen and fast. When I purchased it I was told that a stylus would work with it........ but it was not compatible so that’s the reason for the 3 stars.

Camera and speakers are excellent quality. The touchscreen is great as an option to a mouse or the touchpad, but those of us with fat fingers need to be careful you are touching the right line when filing emails.

I really like the speed of the processor and the fact that there is a ten key on the keyboard is a huge plus. I have not yet used the touch screen and some of the additional features but so far, I give it a 5 star rating.

I needed a new laptop because my pc is very old and I needed a new computer for school so I bought this one and I like it very much it’s perfect for what I need it for not only for school but for editing pictures.

So far so good. I love this laptop. Only one concern. I have had to enter a recovery code from Bitlocker twice already. I dont know why. But it makes me feel like there is a problem. I bought a 2 year warranty. Hope everything is alright.

The laptop is great. It was a bit to get used to, but I think I am managing okay. The only situation I have is with Windows 10, as it is new and different for me. I need help from a Geek Squad person to help me to know it a little better.

Have had for approximately 4 months and have not had any problems. Computer is very responsive and like how quiet it is. Had a Dell Computer before and there is no comparison to this computer. Love the HP name .

IT IS HAS A SLEEK MODERN DESIGN. IT ALSO FUNCTIONS VERY WELL, SUPER FAST START UP AND SHUT DOWN. I USE MINES FOR MAINLY SCHOOL AND HOME OFFICE. RARELY I USE IT FOR SIMULATIONS GAME. I RECOMMEND AND ITS AFFORDABLE
