Really haven't had any problems with it and any that I've had are on the user-side. Simple to set up and works for everything that I need on the day-to-day use.

The Envy 17.3 boots up quickly. The internal camera is clear enough for Zoom meetings and the touch screen is helpful and easy to use. Its big enough w/o being cumbersome to take with me.

I needed a 17-inch laptop today and it was the only one in stock. It is for office programs and zoom so many of the specs are crazy for me, but again it was the only 17-inch laptop and is fairly light so I’ll keep it

Amazing laptop. It is extremely quick and boots up very nicely. The bios updates get sort of annoying, especially if you're in a hurry, but other than that not a single issue. Would recommend.

Nice study attractive PC. Nice size screen, great graphics. Fast, very fast boot up. Bought for my son to take to school, so I hope it holds up for him as the HP we bought our daughter did.

This is the 3rd computer we have purchased this year. All 3 are the HP Envy. It is a lightweight, fast and has a touchscreen! For a moderately priced computer-it does everything we need!

This is a very fast computer even with a bunch of windows open it still is very fast....LOVE IT!!! I do not play games on it so no info on that but it is everything that I need.

HP are great products. I decided to return this one and keep my old HP. Nothing wrong, just decided not to upgrade.

Nice, thin. Disappointed it does not have a disc drive. For the price I figured it would come fully equipped. Picture on the screen is beautiful. Nice PC will have to buy an external disc drive though.

Great computer but the Geek squad service agreement is abdolute garbage. Unable to schedule online, not available to schedule by phone and "no slots" listed online. Paid $$ for nothing.

Using multiple windows and applications is so much faster with my new computer!

It had been about 10 years since I purchased a computer, so this was a much needed purchase. It works very well and operation is great compared to the old one that I had.

For the high price, did not have what I was looking for. I was looking for a longer battery life and when I walk away from it for like 10 minutes it black outs and I can’t even shut it down properly. So now I shut it down every time I walk away from it so I can get Into it again

Everything is working the way its supposed to. I went back to hp after a bad experience with another brand someone recommended. Hp has always been a reliable brand in my experience.

I just love my new laptop. The picture quality is out of this world. The only thing I have to get use to is that the new laptop don’t come with a DVD player anymore.

Screen has a glare, and the letters on the keyboard are hard to see - that was the only things wrong, had to return.

Overall has been a nice laptop. The 17" size was perfect for me. Easy to set up. Little bit more than I would have liked to spend but does what I need.
