This laptop looks great out of the box.. Well constructed with a great looking silver finish. i7 intel core is amazingly fast, boots up in no time,

I do transcription on my computer and it works great. Sometimes while listening to what the customer is saying the sound gets a bit of a slur to it, but when I rewind it goes away.

Impossible to say enough good things about this computer. Employees in computer dept and geek squad were top-notch. And all this in these crazy times.

Back lite keys on silver key board hard to read for older adults, but the bigger keys with calculator to the side is perfect. First laptop purchase. Better than a tablet.

I like the size of the keyboard, screen color and brightness. My old computer was falling apart from use. It was held together by rubber bands. This new one is working great.
