    HP need to redesign this laptop. I called HP technical support and the operating system is supported for only 180 days. HP wants you to buy their extended service warranty. Not able to contact HP for support after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Going to purchase a laptop from a different manufacturer like Dell. Much better support with Dell.
