    The computer I purchased an emergency situation, due to damaging my current HP 17.3 inch ENVY. I did not realize that the new computer I purchased, did not come standard with a Ethernet Port, or CD/DVD Player. I wished I would of waited and done a little more research on finding a more compatible unit, I had to go out and purchase an external CD/DVD Player.

    I am pleased with the computer but I am not happy with how long it took me to get it. I purchased it and had to wait 10 for the Geek Squad to be done with it. I am not blaming it on the Geek Squad it is because there aren't enough people working with the Geek Squad. I had questions about what was done and wasn't even able to talk to them. Very dissatisfied.
