It worked fine for the first six days. When i turned it on this morning the laptop locked up and I wasn't able to do anything with it not even turn it off. Called Geek squad who were able to tell me how to get it turned off. i am turning it if for a new laptop.

I have always loved HP products and was so excited to treat myself to what I thought was an amazing tool for my business. This is my second HP Envy that the hard drive failed right after the warranty (within 1-2 months after). I can't afford to risk a third as this will be my 3rd laptop in less than 3 years so I have switched to Macbook Pro. Nothing could be recovered from the failed hard drives.

We do not like the lack of similarities with our previous PC. Our thought was that we would have the same features that we had with our previous PC...

It does the job. Getting assistance to make the purchase was slow, taking about 1 hour to get an associate to get the product was time consuming.

It is extremely difficult to use. It took 4 visits to Best Buy to get it operational. I received over 5,000 promotional notifications on my inbox, and if I deleted a couple of pages of them, the inbox would freeze up. While I was having a meeting on my first visit, I saw 3 people return this product. When asked if there was anything wrong with the product, they said no. You just can't get it to work. I am writing this review on my old Dell.

Unhappy with the ram as it will not run the programs I am trying to run and you can not get an answer from HP unless you pay for premium service.

It's ok for a small cheep computer. Serves it's purpose. Haven't had it long enough to know if it will be a great buy or not.

nice lap top. but not faster then the one I had. wish I could return it.

I've had my computer just about a month and the power feature does not work properly! I will hold it down and it may or may not come on. When the problem started I was 2 days outside of my return period and Best Buy wouldn't help. Of course in this current situation I work from home and need my laptop to work.

This laptop is expensive. My specific laptop randomly turns-off and one of the speakers does not work.

I am still waiting for help in order to use this HP Envy 17.3. I had no idea how complicated this laptop is.

Online when I check my receipts it is incorrect, its not showing my complete purchase

I really liked the look and feel of this machine. However, within day of setting it up, it began having issues and would blue screen then reboot in the middle of important tasks. It started infrequently, but soon became more common, until finally tge graphics fried on the monitor. Took it to Geek Squad, who are now in tge process of replacing the motherboard.

Have tried to call store no one answers, Flo,KY store.Very unhappy,

I noticed when I was using it watching videos I would get the robot noise as if it’s about to go out. Use it to do my homework one night and but the screen down. Picked it up to open it and you say it again but won’t turn on.It was charged And even when I plug it up the lights for the charge and will come on but laptop would not turn on. I’ve had it less than a month.

Overall weight and size of laptop is great problems with software glitches and ease of use.

Can't hold 4k footage and element 3d. Also, the screen glitches randomly for no reason, you could be browsing Google or watching a movie and the screen starts glitching. Also you have to hold the power button down for like 10 to 20 seconds until it turns off, otherwise the computer is still on. Only had computer for less than 2 weeks. -brand new and not open box or refurbished

I like the size of the screen but a little confused on how to use it with no manual.

The laptop presents the Black Screen or blinks in webpages that have videos or sometimes Flash applications. It seems to be a chronicle problem as I began to see on the web after the problem started. I have tried all the steps HP provides regarding Windows Update, delete and update drives, but the problem persists.

Has trouble staying connected to internet. Otherwise, like the computer.
