replacement computer, i liked it, but liked my Dell better

Had it for 2 months and already having a issues. Great look slick view and specs but not what I expected would rate it less but it’s not completely trash. Would recommend a apple product never had a issue with apple till this date.

My Husband and I bought this Laptop on May 6, 2020 and we thought that it would be a good purchase (even though it was cheap) because it has a beautiful screen, display, etc. but the screen kept going dark and the Laptop was making loud noises so my Husband took it back and swapped it out for another one of the same Model and Guess what?? The samething happened again so my Husband took that one back and he got us a MacBook Pro and we are so Happy and completely satisfied! We will never get another Laptop unless it’s another MacBook Pro! I already have a iPhone so now I’m 100% Apple!! If you are someone who desires a great and dependable Laptop, don’t get this Laptop because you will be disappointed like I was just go ahead and spend the extra Money and get a Laptop that is Top Quality.

speakers not working correctly, other than that ok

Used it for 2 week and enjoyed it,, worked well.. Then it started powering off when it still has battery. Very frustrating, taking back to best buy tomorrow

Very loud fan, sounds like a airplane taking off. Screen has some issues with shutting itself off and on. Nothing like my last 5 HP's have been. Would not recommend

Thus far we had to take the laptop back to the store for set-up and instructions. We also had to ask for phone help. At this time we're still trying how to use the laptop.

I like it in general but it can be glitchy. I need to restart it more than I would like and it occasionally opens in an error state. For a new laptop I did expect zero complications for at least a year or so.

The computer is nice in appearance. The fan continues to run even though it has to plenty of breathing room. I am very unhappy with the purchases of these laptops.

HP has a three strike policy. That means they get three trys to repair it before they will even consider giving you a new computer. After 3 times sending them the computer to try to fix it. They would hold on to it for weeks. It still didn't work. I'm not sure they were even testing it. They finally offered a refund, but only a partial refund, because I had owned it for a while. Though most of time they had it trying to repair it. I could have paid for a brand new laptop with the money I would have made working instead of on the phone with tech support.

Internal speaker quit 3 weeks after purchase. I had to buy a new computer to run my CAD software for construction designs. Now I am backed up and losing clients. Nobody at Best Buy gives a crap about my situation!!

I hadn't had this product a week before it started acting up. The computer improperly shuts down when least expected. I worked with HP support to try and rectify the situation but to no avail. Next stop was mailing the computer off to HP support for them to work on it. Awaiting results. Prior to this purchase, the model computer in the store was the only one not on. When I pressed the power button, it said improper shutdown just as mine.

Over Priced Many Limitations 1 out of 2 BRAND NEW SEALED DOA BOOTED TO BLUE SCREEN NO BOOT PARTITION NO ETHERNET, ONLY WIFI, NO RECOVERY PARTITION RETURNED MANY BETTER OPTIONS EXIST

I needed a new laptop to work from home - no major beast modes needed, just basic word doc and email kind of stuff. This laptop seemed great at first, but then it crashed. And it keeps crashing. At least three times a day. It even crashed in the middle of writing this review. It started -- conveniently -- about 2 days after my Best Buy return window closed and BB won't do a thing. I've done everything to keep it cool, called HP... just do yourself a favor and skip HP altogether. Heck, skip Best Buy altogether.

This product was purchased to replace my previous HP Envy that crashed within a year of ownership. However this one lasted an even shorter period of time...45 days! And now Best Buy is saying I can’t return it because it didn’t die within 2 weeks. If this isn’t made right, Best Buy just made me an AMAZON exclusive customer for life.

Disappointed in the purchase. Bought for son to use at school. Shuts off whenever it wants. Will take in to have checked once the semester is over.

Not impressed with this model. It performs like my older model. The power cord doesn't stay connected, so if I don't pay attention I lose power fast.

Purchase this laptop amd babied it, because this is my first touch screen Went to power it on , and it will not turn on. 39 days later WTHeck.
