Great computer at a good price! Enjoying the 17" screen and ten key pad on the keyboard as well as the newest version of Office 365. I've already watched two movies on my new Windows HP with crystal clear picture and sound. Two thumbs up!

The easy of setup, speed of the processor, screen resolution, finger print reader all exceeded expectations!!! I bought Norton security software and did not install the free security software with the computer. Several review indicated that the free soft wear may have cause so of the issues others my have had. I have had zero problems with this computer! I was more than I planned on spending but worth the investment.

Great flexible laptop/desktop/tablet. Just does it all. Needed a PC laptop-I am an all Mac studio- to use with photo ordering software. Does the trick and is super fast processing and the touch screen is better than I thought, I still have an issue with smudges on my screen but I clean it often. It is a beast. I swear this 17 inch laptop is 17 lbs. Is a trade off when you purchase a laptop this large.

The machine itself is great. Super fast, plenty of speed, good screen quality and the touch screen is nice. The touchpad however seems to be poorly constructed. It seems to raise out of the palmrest and sometimes begins to ghost the mouse. I ended up purchasing a USB mouse since my daughter uses this for remote learning. I disable the touchpad when the USB mouse is present.

I am impressed with this laptop. Having a google account made it very easy to make the change over from old laptop. So far (I have only had it a couple of weeks) it is more than enough computer for me. Very fast, and I'm enjoying the clear larger screen. Very good for the price.

Overall happy with this HP Envy laptop. Win 10 does not let some of my expensive programs so I have to purchase more updates for these programs$$$.Also seems it does not come with Winzip to extract files. Whenever I go to extract it opens a pop up saying it’s s free trial, do I want to buy it$$. My Office does not work on it. It opens & I can create a file, save it but will not open no matter what version I save it in. Probably not fault of laptop but this upgrade turned out to be a lot more expensive than planned.

So excited and back and forth w Geek Squad !! Aiden and Matt have helped me and I feel that everyone needs an Angel (Geek Squad) . I Believed it was going to be hard adjusting to screen touch and I depended so much on my 2011 HP. But w help I did it. I purchased this for my son to take to college. He has a very nice desktop computer at home but we needed something more mobile for college. He has commented several times how much he loves this laptop. Light weight and meets his need for speed and function.

Love the size of the screen. This computer is very easy to use and is very fast.

As someone who has been an avid MacBook user for over a decade, I am highly impressed with and love the HP ENVY laptop. The price was great for the size and functionality. I use it for all types of design projects, and it processor is very fast. I highly recommend.

FAST FAST FAST. This is the best laptop I've had. Of course, HP is always top of the line. If you want a new laptop that is sturdy and fast, get this one. Great screen too. The keys don't light up as well as I hoped, but I plan of buying a separate keyboard that does. Ideal for photo editing with the proper software.
