Great computer! This is the fastest computer I've ever had, the combo of the solid state drive and Optane memory makes a really big difference, and I would recommend this computer to anyone who hates a slow starting computer or a computer that starts programs slowly. This is your solution to a slow computer, dump your old computer and get one of these speed demons! Cheers to HP for coming up with this,

I like the size of the screen. The camera is great for Zoom and face book live. Audio is very good. I like the touch screen feature. I would prefer darker keys as I find it somewhat more challenging to see the silver. The weight is just right. Heavy enough to stay steady when working, but light enough to move around easily. I purchased this computer specifically to use virtually. I still prefer my desk top for my standard work day.

I bough this to replace a Lenovo Yoga laptop, roughly 4 years old. I am working from home and needed a larger screen and more processing power. The first thing I noticed was the speed - everything is lightning fast on the HP. The speakers are also A+ and the keyboard feel and trackpad sensitivity are responsive. Lastly, the fingerprint sensor is a nice touch. Would definitely purchase again!

I love this laptop. The graphics are outstanding and it's speed is great! Excellent for gaming. My only issue is that the charging adapter gets HOT. I contacted HP about the issue and was sent a replacement clearly refurbished which was no better. So, Great Computer not great charging adapter.

Very good design with one exception. The power button is not separate as in practically EVERY other laptop/desktop system that I have ever seen (and I work in an IT world). The button is the 6th button from the right, in the row of 19 buttons above the numbers/special characters row. I have NO idea what the justification is for that. Incredibly fast and a very good layout.

I purchased this laptop for college. I am an engineering major so I download and use many programs. This computer does great with the downloads needed and runs like nothing is on it. I love the touch screen function and the picture quality. Worth the money spent. The only thing I do not like is that the screen doesn't go back far but if that's all I can complain about I am doing good.

I am mixed on this after owning for not quite a month. Its my 3rd HP Envy so i have experience with these.I am a fan. I do love the sleek design. I kind of wanted 16gb memory and 1tb HD but nothing at BB was available at the time. I have a really solid external 2tb hd though. It seems to get warmer and the fan comes on pretty frequently compared to my previous model. It has given me the "windows has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" error 2x already. (though this could be the OS and not the cpu itself. I curious if any other owners have encountered this.

The screen is a great size and the computer exceeds my expectations.

I purchased the HP-Envy 17" Touch-Screen for my husband as a birthday present. He has never been very computer savvy; however, he absolutely loves this PC. The wide screen, sleek, durable design and ease of use is perfect for him. He has become somewhat of an expert with navigating the features. Thanks HP.

Needed a new laptop for home use as the old one was no longer supported. My overall use for a laptop includes internet searches, email use & office (word/excel). Wanted one with a large screen (15" or bigger) and this one provided a very large screen size. The set up was very easy and took less than 10 min to complete. Overall this laptop meets all of my needs and provides excellent speed.

My old laptop was slowed to a crawl by the large RAW files I was processing in Photoshop, so I knew it was time to invest in a new computer. This hp envy w/ 17.3 inch screen has become the answer to my needs. Boots quickly, and runs lightning fast - even when I'm editing those large RAW files in Photoshop. I'm very pleased with my new setup.

This HP Envy is the first laptop computer I've owned and I believe it was a good decision to purchase it. While I am still exploring its many features, I find it easy to use and very fast! I will be spending a lot of time on the computer, as I'm teaching online these days. Spending an average of 8 hours a day connected, I appreciate this machine.
