pleased with the computer but not pleased that I could not set up an appointment with the Geek squad to set it up. Finally was able to get a neighbor to set it up was not able to get everything transferred from my old computer. So not a happy camper with that issue. I would recommend the computer but advise them to order from somewhere online since it is an issue getting it set up with yall

Light weight, fast, lots of memory, easy to use features, good battery life

1. Fan seems loud at times. 2. Screen is nice. 3. Similar to my last HP

This is a nice fast laptop! Gotta love the SSD drive. The light up keyboard is a nice feature. The only thing i don't love that i would like to see improved is the fingerprint scanner. I liked the HP Simple Pass software much better.

After a month of solid use i can say it’s a decent office machine. enough power to run office and outlook and a dozen windows and apps at the same time. pretty efficient battery usage when no power is available- quick charge time when you do get to power.

Great computer. Fast. Good picture. Very slim. Quality computer with many features. Finger print to turn on feature is great as well as responsive touch screen.

I purchased this laptop for my business but I'll often allow my young son to use it to watch youtube videos. The touch-screen feature makes this laptop very easy to use. There is even an additional micro-USB charging port compatible with newer Iphones.

Large keys are are a plus. Graphics of 1080 on screen is very bright but pleasant. Ability to Bluetooth to smart TV and phone. Built in Alexa is a plus. The only drawback on laptop is the smaller hard rice of 512 MB instead of a Terabyte of storage. Source inputs of a HDMI port, two USB ports, and one SSM port is adequate but another HDMI would be better.

I likely computer. I have had no problems, it performs great.

Good except for a loud fan that seems to run for no reason

Since working remotely from home, i am on the family computer 10 hours a day. My wife needs access to a computer and loves listening to here Cambodian music. I bought her a new laptop with all the bells and whistles and Alexa. She loves it.

New computer, unfortunately made in China, continues to lock up. Very disappointing! Price was NOT an object for me, just wanted performance which I did not get. I just received my bill from BB. I was told when I opened a BB Visa card that I would receive about a 10% store credit to use at BB for future purchases. Guess what. NO credit to use for future purchases. GEEK squad did a 4 star job. Even with Geek I am still disappointed.

Plenty of computing power. Huge screen and keyboard.

I upgraded from an old Toshiba laptop. The SSD is unbelievably fast. Boots in less than 5 seconds. Programs load very quickly. Processor can handle large spreadsheets and multiple Access databases without issue.

It’s a lot like my older HP. I like the larger letters on the keys. The hinge seems very strong. I have not decided if I like how close the the edge the screen goes but so far so good

My purchase is the best of the range and continue to serve me through the thick and thins of my work schedule. I really cherish the laptop and will advice anyone looking for perfection in excellence to try the model. It is awesome.

I was so disappointed that my old computer couldn't be saved after spilling coffee onto....not that the tech didn't try but no go. OI love my new HP computer....fun to operate...learning new features everyday....highly recommend.
