This was a replacement for a HP laptop I purchased in 2012. The I7 processor with 32GB is significantly faster than the I5. The full keyboard with a number keypad eases Excel data entries. The Envy is a wonderful upgrade.

I had an HP ENVY 17 inch touch screen for over 7 years. I knew it was time for an upgrade and happy I bought the same updated laptop. I have bought a few other laptops in the 7 years to replace my old HP and they never measure up.

This laptop is by far the best laptop I have ever owned. I use it for trading in the stock market but I’m sure it is capable of playing power demanding games no problem. Love the aluminum case and touch screen feature.

This thing is HUGE. Not a laptop you bring home nightly that's for sure. But as a desktop PC that on occasion travels it is fine

I love this great little computer. I was looking for a computer to use for our home to pay bills and use with other activities such as cricket or project designing for my husband this PC is wonderful highly recommend

Attractive, minimalist styling and an optional 4K display are upsides, but the HP Envy 17 is a merely adequate desktop replacement laptop due to its overly heavy chassis and some quirks with the touchpad design.

The speed and graphics of this computer are very impressive. I’ve only had it a little over a week and the only negative I’m seeing is the light up keyboard. The letters and numbers are the same color as the keys and you cannot see them when you turn on the light feature. Disappointing.

It was a wonderful purchasing experience. The outlook transfer was difficult and was not able to be done so i had to re-create my calendar from scratch but I do not believe that was the tech's fault.

I researched my new HP laptop. Best Buy had the best price for the technology I was looking for and by adding extended warranty and Geek Squad tech service, I believe I got a worry free deal.

Nice sturdy feel not flimsy like a lot of other laptops now a days. Super fast and nice layout for the keyboard! Pretty good price especially right now with spike in electronic devices!

Good quality / power for value. The only strange occurance is that the mousepad is very sensitive and when my sleeves brush across it sometimes while typing , it will move the cursor away from the focus point.

We love our new computer. It is quick and easy to respond to needs. Very nice keyboard and screen. Only thing about it we don’t like is the quality of the camera. Great buy for the money.

Great laptop. Use it for work and home. Love windows 10 and one drive and the ability to mimic my work computer on my laptop and be able to fully function on the move as if I'm in the office.

excellent functions quickly and smoothly picture is very crisp have had no problems a little pricey, but would still recommend, especially if one doesn't buy new computers very often

I am in love with the laptop. It was perfect the only problem we had was the first one it was delivered with electrical problem. But the store quickly fixed it and we got another one.

COVID hit hard with trying to get anything with a chip. Picked this because not many options and well HP is usually my go to for work stuff and ya works great.

I just recently purchased a hp computer. So far so good. I had a dell computer for almost two months and I had issues with my google chrome search engine and my microphone would disappear every time there was a new app being updated. That was so frustrating

This is my 3rd Envy and probably my last. HP has great support but I have yet to have one of the three laptops last longer then 18 months. My last one gave me a F30 error message and I tried every option shown on HP to recover with no luck. It was one month out of warranty. The newest one (two weeks old) is having same problems. I've had to hard reboot twice and finally had to use USB to recover. It's going back and I think it's time to look at a different manufacturer.
