For the moment, I am giving this purchase a 5 star though I have yet to open my laptop. Once I get the time to open it and process it thoroughly, I will come leave a proper review.

I bought this to replace an Envy that is about 6 or 7 years old that has slowed down and the screws in the back fell out. I compared different computers. This was on sale and had the features I was looking for. It was fairly easy to set up, although time consuming. Once set up, I began to use it and discovered that when I hit the space bar with my right thumb, which is how I was taught to type, it wouldn't always space. The left side always works. The Geek Squad told me that the connection is in the middle of the space bar and that it is just the way this model is. Additionally, I expected with a newer processor than what is on my older laptop, that it would run faster. Wrong again... this is SLOWER than my older HP. Unbelievable. It also won't connect to my trusty older printer even with the printer cord. Even on sale, this isn't worth a tenth of what I paid for it. If I didn't want to go through the whole return, set up process... I would return it. Possibly the most expensive frisbee ever.

This laptop is great for everyday use! I'm happy with my purchase. This is the second HP Envy I buy for our home. My son uses my old one for school related stuff.

The unit is heavier than I would like it to be. Very user friendly. Haven’t activated the voice command yet but will soon. The optics are very sharp and vivid. I do like and trust HP products do I’m sure this laptop will be worth the value.

It has all the bells and whistles that we needed. The guy that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable about this computer.

I have the previous version of this same laptop. I was satisfied enough to buy it twice. I run Corel, Photoshop, and a few other graphics things simultaneously and it handles all of them pretty well. It does what I wanted it to.

Have not used my computer yet because waiting for Geek Squad to download it. However was very pleased with salesperson and his willingness to spend time with us.

HP Envy exceeds my expectations for versatility and ease of use. The features included within this product is optimal for college use and general computing.

It arrived in a timely manner and was ready to go. Every thing was included and the product was exactly as advertised

Overall a great pc. Has all the features you might need and more. Great upgrade from any slow pc. Fast I7 with a SSD. Easy to use touch screen.

This computer is AMAZING!! We are using ìt for my daughter's new business and it performs perfectly for both of us. We are very happy with our selection.

Great computer, all the bells and whistles...Actually bought 2 one for my wife also. They moved the on/off button to make it more convenient and it is.

Excellent service on the part of the Geek Squad. Laptop is working just fine. Wish it had come with a DVD player, but that's just a minor detail.

I needed a laptop with more than one USB jack and more than one speaker. So far everything sounds great and the picture is beautiful. And fast turn on.

I have been exceptionally and pleasantly surprised with this laptop. For my needs, it has fit the bill perfectly with no issues at all.

My parents love it, best gift idea ever!! HP for life, got older one for 4 years and its still running!
