    Worst laptop ever. Lasted less then a week

    I had this laptop less than a week and today it started freezing up when I got to the windows desktop. I tried everything, hard reset, ran diagnostics and everything passed. Now it won't shut down even when I hold down the power button. I only used it a few times and it was fine. I thought it was an update so I went back to the update before and that didn't work. So now I have a solid black screen with the cursor showing. I will never buy an HP again!
