Poor Machine

The cooling fan is nosier than O'Hare field. The backlit keyboard stinks. The lack of contrast, light blue backlight on a silver background, make it virtually unusable in any lighting other than darkness. I have a backlit keyboard on my desktop. It's light blue on BLACK keys and usable under any ambient lighting conditions. Truly disappointed in this product will probably return.

HP Envy Issues

However, even after the Geek Squad supposedly fixed issues I was having with Outlook, it still only works sporadically. In addition, about 50% of the time all of my icons in my lower tool bar completely disappear.

Sleep mode

Other than that I really like the computer. I started a case ticket on it but have not heard anything as of yet.

Don't buy this laptop!

When you touch the metal casing, it shorts out. You'll be re-booting the laptop between 5-15 times a day. Of course, it always happens when you're in a conference room full of people, touch the screen, and it shorts out, fully shutting down.
