HP Envy 17.3 Intel Core i7 Touch Screen

Have had no issues in nearly a year. I initially had an older HP Envy that I took to Geek Squad for repair because the power button got stuck and I could not turn it on. Since I had the protection coverage, they were going to swap it out for a new laptop. My Envy was not in stock, but I paid the $200 difference and upgraded. Buy the total tech protection. Worth every penny.

Great computer

I use it a lot. IF you have a computer & you get the Windows 10 it will shut down your old computer (at least mine). I also begun getting hacks, timing maybe but I don’t think so. I had to go to extremes to get Windows to stay out of my computer! Every morning Windows would push me with something else wrong & wanting more money.

Great laptop

I usually use Dells but have had many issues lately so I went with HP. I wish there was more color contrast on the keyboard but on the plus side the letters are big, and the backlit keyboard is very bright so it really doesn't bother me. I was surprised how fast it did all the updates needed when you buy a new computer, usually I feel it takes forever to do, but in this case it updated like 30+ things very quickly.
