My wife needed a new laptop after the battery in her 5 year old Dell stopped holding a charge. I knocked 1 star for the low SSD size and a driver issue with the wifi. She is pleased with it thus far, now that I got the wifi issue corrected. She uses it for business and personal use and hasn't had any issues.

I really love my new laptop. I've always had desktops, so it is taking a little time to get used to where a few things are on the keyboard and staying away from the mouse area that takes me to a new location every now and then. I like the Windows 11 with touch screen.

I'm writing this review after 6 months of very light use of HP-Envy 17.3" Intel i7 - 12GB Memory 512GB SSD 32GB Optane. First six months the laptop was fantastic, my wife loved it. The seventh month, screen keeps flickering/blinking at random times. Maybe not a good buy.

I have always used HP products. I had a laptop that was not able to be repaired. My Best Buys offered to replace mine with a new larger screen version. It has been a great trade. I was happy to pay a small price to upgrade to a much better machine.

The low weight is really nice in this 17 inch laptop.

Great Screen and light for it's size. Currently waiting on replacement from Best Buy due to microphone that stopped working. Other than that issue the HP-Envy fits my needs and is a good laptop.

I'm glad I made this purchase. I was looking for something functional and a touchscreen. The clarity is absolutely amazing and easy to navigate. The price was higher than I expected but was able to get the tech package and coverage on future purchases.

Very nice computer with good graphics and well designed keyboard. I like both the “C” USB and regular USB ports. The speed of course is good. I love the 17” monitor and makes for nice transition when using it woth dual monitors.

I highly recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a new one. I havent really had any problems with it since I bought it. The only issue I have had it the left side of the mouse pad sometimes gets stuck down. But I bought an wireless for my laptop and desk top so it isnt a problem anymore.

I love this. It has the 10 key in addition to the keyboard. The graphics are beautiful and the processing speed is acceptable. I will mention its heavy, so not for a big traveler but I'm so pleased by the purchase and performance.

Firstly, I want to thank the staff at Best buy LA as they were extremely helpful. I gave them a spec outline and they proceeded to present me with a perfect fit. I love this laptop it's clean and sleek, in short a pleasure to work on.

Very satisfied with the laptop with the exception of the gray on silver keyboard. Overall better than the 2 previous Dell Inspiron.

Love it! Display is very sharp. Loads very fast and the fan is quiet and it doesn’t get hot. Love the size of the screen. Glad I chose this one. Color is really nice.

So far, I really like my new computer. Still getting used to the differences from my other computer. There are still a few things that I have to learn about this computer, but I am very pleased with it so far.

Wished we could have taken it with us from store. Am aware shortages of inventory are not something you can control at this time! Just glad we were able to get one, grandson uses for his homeschool.

I ran out of space for a desk/desktop pc and needed a decently priced yet powerful laptop. I have been impressed by this so far and would recommend for anyone not ready to give up the power of a desktop for twice the price.

This is my second Envy and I'm a devoted user. Most carefree and reliable computer I've had. Ideal size for my needs and comfortable key pad. Still have my previous Envy for lighter usage and as a backup.
