Bought this as an upgrade to a previous HP 17.3". It features Windows 11 and operates much faster with the i7 processor than my old laptop.

Mousepad drives me nuts/ selects everything if you move too quickly. I have made adjustments in settings, but ultimately fixed it with an external mouse. Otherwise great computer for the pricepoint!

Very good and fast. Only problem no dvd/blu-ray drive but i already have externals. I suggest getting it. It's SSD is worth it. Just make sure you get an Anti Virus program like Norton or McAfee.

So far so good. Operates as any new computer should. No bells and whistles but I’m trying to get used to The new windows 11 operating system which I’m not a big fan of yet.

Great laptop! It was a replacement for my old HP Envy. On/off button is better on this one. The Total Tech people helped me set this one up to be like I want it. Total Tech is a great service.

Just got my HP Envy 17.3 laptop. So far I love it. Keyboard is very easy to use. I thought I may have to add another keyboard but I won't need one. I did add a blue tooth mouse as I don't like the pad.

I needed to replace my HP Pavilion after 7 years. I originally purchased a Leveno Yoga 15.3", but realized it wasn't much bigger than my iPad Pro Max, I bought this one & it is great!

I needed a laptop quickly for work and this was the only one available with what I needed. So far everything is going great and I only wish it were a smaller size with everything that's on it. HP has always produced quality products. It's a winner!

Love it! Very happy with usability. Not super crazy about the location of the delete key right next to the power on/off key. But other than that, extremely pleased with this laptop so far.

Love this computer/laptop. Easy to set up and the keyboard size is just right for me. I also love the touch screen that my last laptop did not have. Can't go wrong with this one.

There needs to be written manual to help get started and train on new aspects of the hardware and software. Simply turning it on and assuming the right information comes up is not enough.

The display quality is clear, I can multitask going from tan to tan without stall. It easily links other displays Bluetooth, without hassle. Very happy with this computer.

We have been providing this model HP with our software program for over a year. We have shipped more than two dozen. We have never had an issue of any kind. Our clients find it to be very reliable and it has a quality feel.

Bought for photograpy purposes. RAM hold strong navigating thru 1000s of pics. All functions work correctly and havent had any issues. Very good laptop

It works nicely. However it was a bit tricky to get set up. I am technologically obsolete and I needed and I T expert to get it running. Now that is running, it’s great!

I am very impressed with the speed of the processor. The programs open up instantly. Very happy with my purchase. Plus the Geek Squad did an excellent job of prepping my new compute.

Bought it for work & travel. For a 17" it is not too heavy. Have had it for 1 month with no issues. Battery has been lasting between 6-8 hrs.

Another quality product from HP. Envy has once again satisfied the digital computing needs I subject to it from day to day. No complaints 3rd Envy and still happy with all purchases.

I’m very happy with my HP laptop. It’s a huge improvement over my old one. Your customer service is exceptional from your sales clerk and including your Geek Squad personnel.

Good so far. It has a huge screen and only criticism is that the sound card is not updated. I’ll probably look for some drivers to update it but I’ve tried a couple different microphones and the sound didn’t work well.
