I purchased this to replace an older laptop. I love how crisp the display. This computer is a lot faster than my pervious laptop. I purchased open box and there's one little smudge on the outside, not a deal breaker.

i love my new computer, I didn't like the fact that I had to make an appt. with the geek squad to put in my apps. I don't know how to and I only had 20 min. Not enough time

My battery life on previous laptop was at 15 min max for last year. Finally decided to buy new laptop with Win11. I like to new laptop speed, win11 features and battery life.

Perfect for what I need to use this for. Leaving for vacation soon and I am able to bring my work from home with me. I believe that HP makes the best laptops.

Our old PC had it's last day and we went to BB that evening. We explained our needs to the very nice salesman and he guided us to 3 choices. He explained the differences and we zoned in on The one. All went smoothly.

This laptop does everything I wanted it for really well. It probably wouldn't be good for graphic hungry gaming but it runs smooth and is a good value for the money.

I love this laptop! It has touch ID so you don't have to enter your pin/password to log in. Big display, nice colors, comfortable keyboard.

Purchased this laptop for my husband for Christmas to replace a 5 year old laptop. Love the size and the fact that it has a number pad. Nice screen resolution.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use it in school, seems pretty powerful, she is also using it for some games and photoshop and works very good.

Well made product. Great new features although some modifications seem made for the sake of change. Works well with both Windows and Chrome apps.

Two problems.....Hard to see the letters,light on or off and was hard to find the off/on button....had no idea where it was, Computer is good but don't like Windows 11......

Upgraded HP, fast and easy use and clear screen, Battery life is long and steady. New features finger sign in is great and power location game changing.

Great laptop with Intel Core i7 processor so it's fast with 12 GB of memory. It's 17 inch screen is very crisp. It also has a half terabyte SSD drive.
