Worst laptop I’ve owned

With warranty and they wouldn’t do anything at my local Best Buy. Told me I had to buy a new computer and that I was pretty much out of luck to get anything off the hard drive.

Skeptical

I used it to handle zoom meetings with no problem, then suddenly starting getting kick out of the meetings. I took it to Best Buy and was told that it was fixed. It was not...I still got the same blue screen in zoom meetings. I've had to resort to using an older laptop...the operative word being "OLD." Now I'm skeptical of HP and Best Buy.

Because of the capacity it has, the connection is fast. the colors are amazing and it is easy to use.

Too big for me
