I have purchased several laptops over the years and HP has lways been my go to

There is a well known problem that I was unaware of before buying this. The "select all" will sometimes activate due to pressure on the case, even if that pressure is just from the laptop resting on an uneven surface or a finger on the case. Once activated, moving the cursor will cause windows to move, links to be clicked, new windows created, text deleted, etc. The hp support solution was to use hp cloud recovery to wipe the system. It did not help. In addition to this problem, the display died after a month and a half. Now i have to send it to hp to be fixed, so will be without a computer for 2 weeks. Speaking of the display, watching movies is sometimes difficult because the dark areas are too dark. The only thing I really like about it is how fast it turns on and the speed at which it runs programs.

Don't like Windows 11 . Has problem with the printer scanning

Nothing but problems with this computer. Will not buy another Hp. I’m a photographer and the color management profiles on this were horrible. It crashed today with less than a year of use

Bought new computer and was to pick up at 10:40 about 7 days later. Came w/husband who was on way to dialysis and store was not open at 10:15 when we got there. Changed store hours and didn't notify me.

I'm a little disappointed. I was unaware the Envy laptops came in a non 2 in 1 configuration. I didn't realize it was not a 360 until bringing it home.

So far it has crashed on me several times. I need it to the store to see what is going on. Otherwise, it is a nice machine and I hope to use it for a few years at least.

Computer is fine but windows 11 is terrible! Would go back to Windows 10 if I had a choice. Would not buy 11 again.

Love HP for so many reasons. But they fumbled a bit on this one. Backlit keyboard is useless, as the white light doesnt bode well with a silver keyboard. The 10 key was good. But the processor seemed to lag. Startup time with an ssd should be better. Ended up getting an ASUS.

Set up was quick and easy, laptop looked great out of the box, thought we had made a good investment. But within two days, it is now freezing, crashing and takes hours to reboot. I can't even get in to try and troubleshoot because it freezes up and becomes completely unresponsive. Returning.

It is not as fast as I hoped with the Intel Core i7

The computer had several operational shortcomings once we got it home and started to operate it.
