Great value

I am still getting used to the "touch" but I'll get there. Power button is awkward, but I have to hunt & peck anyway.

Great hp laptop!

I use it mostly to run TOS stock market trading platform and it performs seamlessly. It came with Windows 10 at time of purchase; I upgraded to Win 11 when it became available with no trouble at all. I find Hp products are built to last. I see myself getting many years of use out of the Envy.

Not for a heavy work user. Good for Everyday use

Not enough memory, Hard drive is NOT up-gradable due to the Intel Optane system. No additional space for a second drive. The Intel I7 processor is 4 core can't handle multiple editing programs. Heavy on bloat ware from HP. On the plus side, It does have a bright clear screen. If you are looking for a Web browser Laptop/Light use, it will probably be a good laptop. I must lastly say I was told by the BB sales reps that it was upgrade able, both RAM and it had an additional slot to add second drive. It doe not.

However, I am shopping for a new laptop as I type this, because it's been glitching out for a few months now. Blue screen of death, improper shutdowns, etc. The speakers gave up working a year ago. I need an external mic if I want to Zoom. In a nut shell? While it worked, it was great. But I won't be buying another HP.
