BB bad service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only used it for 3 months. The microphones were not working and there was an alert w/ the battery. The PR store sent it to the USA. Never returned to me and no replacement available. No written explanation either. BB in Hato Rey neglected to credit my Visa and instead gave me a store credit -- manufacturer's warranty. They have my money and I am without a computer as of today.
