Sounds like a used car ad, "runs great," but it does. Fast, easy to use, easy on-screen guided setup. The "on-off" button being in an odd place is not a problem at all. Comfortable keyboard.

The screen makes videos look awesome, best laptop display I've ever had. No hiccups with performance, everything is fast. For multiple apps this is a winner. It feels of good quality too.

Has a Surface but the screen was too small and service for Microsoft office was a struggle for remote working. This computer has eased my eye strain and the keyboard has a nice touch to it.

Great screen size. Love the touch screen. Quick start-up and running of multiple programs Multiple USB ports. The “f” functions would be easier to read in black but if that’s my only complaint then I am happy.

This laptop is sufficient for my new small business thus far. The screen is plenty large. Only complaint is the auto fill. Sometimes it spasms out and I am forced to fill forms/lines manually. Overall great computer!

My laptop finally gave out (after 9 yrs) and I purchased this one. Have only had it for a couple of weeks but really like the backlit keyboard. I do wish it had a cd drive though.

this is my 4 laptop and I have had a great experience already. I recommend it for the big screen, security features, and the battery life. I have already told others to purchase one.

Love the fingerprint ID feature. The key to disable the webcam, the backlit keyboard option, enough room for hands on keyboard (after disabling the touchpad). No complaints.

Very fast. Great display. Responsive touchscreen. Like the fingerprint unlock. Moved over from a MacBook Pro and so far satisfied.

The screen size, memory, hard drive, all were exactly what I was looking for and it was reasonably priced. That's why I always shop at Best Buy for computing and electronics

I am happy so far with this laptop and has been about 3 weeks now. Has a nice touch screen and seems to process fairly quickly. Best Buy made it a seamless process as well.
