Great Customer Service

I'm a writer and a photographer, so I wanted a workhorse - something I can count on for LOTS of words and lots of pictures. I was able to get a new HP Envy, and the GEEK Squad was even able to upload a backup they made of my files. That came in really handy last night when I couldn't find some information on my desktop.

So much to consider that it makes the decision harder than it should be. I literally bought this because it was the only 17" in stock. I am glad that it was and that I purchased it. Great laptop with a lot of updates. The fingerprint log in is great and it works like the one on most cell phones. The transfer process was easy (thanks to Geek Squad) and I am enjoying the faster speed.
