She was overjoyed on Christmas Morning. She said, "Gramma, this is the first time I got exactly what I wanted for Christmas, my new Computer has everything I wanted and more." She is 13 so she knows what's what in Computers. Glad I got this for her, made her day.

WE SHOWED UP AT THE STORE TO PICK UP THE COMPUTER FOR THE APPOINTMENT, AS ADVISED BUT THE PHONE AGENT NEVER MAKE IT. WE ONLY GOT THE COMPUTER BUT NOT THE SPECIFICS FOR WHY WE WE MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. WE SINCE THEN, HAVE CALLED GEEK SQUAD TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES ON LINE BUT WERE STILL UNSUCCESSFUL. WE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS GEEK SQUAD UNTIL THE VIRUS SETTLES.

However, the after service has been poor. I need files transferred from my old computer to my new due to my old computer dying. I bought my new computer in April and have yet to be able to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad to have these files transferred and it is now June! Very disappointed since I paid for these services.

HP Envy is perfect

This Model does not disappoint this will be our first touchscreen. We are average type users, not super technical but know our way around a computer somewhat. I'm 51 and my husband is 60 I understand more than he does so I do most of the set up in our household. This was a pretty much plug and play perfect for our small business needs
