The silver letter keys are difficult to see the letters. Setting up the computer they force to to enter your phone number. Now I get at least 5 telemarketing calls a day to my cell phone. They are selling you phone number to telemarketers.

Fills all my needs in a laptop. Large screen is user friendly and we love the touch screen feature. Still in the learning phase of everything we can accomplish with it. Hope I will get the service from this HP that I have gotten from my desktop.

It was better than I expected my first new laptop in some years and it is really good. Love the touchscreen. Also I’m able to play all my games without having to upgrade anything. Only problem is with windows 10 I am unable to download WWE app and some others.

I purchased this HP for my wife and this is her first experience using Windows X. With all the bells and whistles on this platform the transition for her from Windows 7 has been smooth. She is enjoying all the features and extra goodies they system offers!

I have owned more than 10 laptops over the years including HP, Dell and MacBooks. This is by far the most user friendly and feature complete unit I have ever owned. I highly recommend it to any one who uses their laptop for both personal and business use.

I really enjoy this computer. But if I could I would only give it a 4.5 star.. I don't like how the screen opens up. and the quick buttons on the keyboard are not really intuitive. Besides that I love the laptop.

I replaced another HP that I was happy with so I was able to jump right in. The backlit keyboard and huge 17" display are wonderful. I'm glad that I didn't do without them to save a little bit of money. Basic + graphics but not a "gaming" unit.

I am impressed with the ease of set up and operational speed. So far I haven't seen any problems that this new unit did not solve. I upgraded from a legacy Windows 7 HP that finally was not recoverable/upgrade-able to the newer hardware standards.

I love the size and that the entire construction is aluminum. Plastic is cheap and this laptop feels very durable. I haven't downloaded too many programs, so it still runs smoothly. I would prefer if the camera quality was better, but everything else about it is great so far.

The only change that I would recommend is to have the power button on the end, so I won't have to look for it every time I turn it on. I have to count the number of keys from the edge to be sure that I have the right key. Otherwise, I love it.

The fans get SUPER loud which is annoying, then it gets pretty hot on the underside. Other than that, it charges quickly, the keyboard is pretty when it lights up and the touchscreen has worked the way it is supposed to.

Curb side service was Great. This unit has all the features I need. It has three usb ports and a usb-c port along with an HMDI port and sd card reader. It has Windows INK for on-screen document signing. Everything works well and is easy to set up.

Love everything about this laptop. Fast processor, great color, touch screen responsive, and the mousepad was responsive but not intrusive onscreen. For prior laptops you couldn't even have your hand over the pad without it reacting.

This computer has so many options I am confident that I’m only touching the surface but the viewing is very nice very clear lots of programs and I feel a little bit overwhelmed but the Best Buy geek squad has been extremely helpful

I love this computer. I was a little worried about the silver keys and all silver bed but it is fine. The responsiveness is great. This totally fits my needs for email and some FB games. I also use it for writing and spreadsheets.

This is a workhorse with good sound, video, storage and nice feel to the keyboard. I'm online 6 to 14 hours a day doing online internet work. It holds up and has not given me any problems at all.

I went there not knowing what to do or how I wanted to do it. They showed me everything about every option and helped me make up my mind. I held off going because I felt dumb about what I needed but they were very good with me.

tried moving to other brands but always go back to HP still have old ones also the envy model that have been passed down to the kids... other then the battery being shot from always staying plugged in they still work like new

Very few instructions were mailed as this was not available in store. No additional software (Microsoft office, Adobe, etc) is included in the price. It's ok but for the price point, some additional software/mouse/cooling pad etc would have been nice.
