Had to call Geek Squad to get my email set up and after they were able to download the emails into the computer I still had to figure out the setup to send emails. However everything is working wonderfully now.

Great purchase. Meets my needs for technology at home. I am not a gamer. I just needed a laptop for household business, social media and occasional use for watching sports.

Bought this after losing my job to COVID-19 to help in my job search. Must have been the right choice as I eventually ended up with a better paying job than I started with.

Unfortunately I had to return the laptop because I was not able to see the keyboard clearly the color of the letters blended in with the color if the keys

The HP - ENVY 17.3" screen laptop is a higher-end machine with a newer processor and enough memory to handle most users' needs. The touchscreen is a wonderful time-saving feature.

I really enjoy the fast delivery on this item. Also, it was very easy to set up. I don't know I love the touch screen feature, might be something I'll need to get accustom to.

This is a fine laptop and I am enjoying using it. It has power and performance just like a fine car. At times it takes some getting used to how complicated it can be.

This computer has all that I need for streaming, video editing and daily office work. The design is sleek and the processing speed is amazing. The speakers are a bonus.

Computer is decent, I works ok with Citrix...after a week it wouldn’t turn on. It got over heated from Chargin. But after a day it started working again

This laptop is fast. Starts up quickly. Four stars only because setup up were not that smooth, but that is a Windows 10 issue. The specs on this machine are great and should last many years.
