    I attempted to register my laptop with HP and the serial number was invalid. This Envy laptop is not a part of their lineup. Not sure what the deal is but this appears to be a unique Best Buy product not a valid HP product.

    Lesser configuration and feature than the G4 model of last year. Also more expensive than last year by 30%. Should be preloaded with WIN10 Pro not WIN10 Home. No CD or Rj45 Cable Hookup. Other than all that still had the quality feel of a good midrange HP.
