    This laptop was great at first. Then it start freezing up and I couldn’t open apps or settings two weeks after purchase. I call 1-800-geek-squad twice and they couldn’t resolve the problem remotely. Currently it’s in Geek Squad service less than a month after purchase. I don’t know if I’ll recommend this item, because I haven’t used it at its full capacity.

    Would have been a 5 star if the components were more durable. Cpmputer is great when it works. I take care of my computer. But in the last year and half sevice twice. Cracked touch screen replaced and now in service for no power. Circuit boards to be replaced. They make these laptops disposable now or what?
