    I have had several HP computers and laptops, so wasn't really concerned when i had to purchase a new HP laptop online during the pandemic. Big mistake. This laptop is quite heavy compared to others. The weight is mentioned in the description but can't fully be appreciated until holding it. Within a few months of purchase the laptop started to crash 2-3 times/day. I was under warranty and spent many hours on the phone with HP trying to fix the issue. 2 years later, i still experience the same unexpected crashes. My warranty just expired and now have major hardware issues. Not a big fan of the touchpad either. When looking for a new laptop, make sure you go look at it in person
