    The HP Envy has nice features such as the touch screen. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the video and sound quality of this computer. If I could have returned it, I wouldn have done so.

    After returning the rare lemon laptop, I exchanged it for another HP Envy laptop. This one works great and I really like it. While I am still new to this computer, it appears to offer all the basics plus the bells and whistles which I may or may not use in the future.

    Bought this less than a month ago and the camera and mic went out and the whole computer had to be shipped off for repair. This is the ONLY problem I have ever had with a new HP, so I am hoping that this is it!

    the salesman explained everything to me, and gave me his recommendation. Then we found out you couldn't get the one I wanted, so I had to get the second one I was looking at. I was very disappointed that way. I was happy with the salesman though.

    I purchased a 1 year security package that I am now being hounded, saying I only have a trial 1 month package. I purchased the office package. Why won't Best Buy straighten this out. I did in fact pay Best Buy for the security, NOT any one else.
