Not for streaming

It kept freezing up on me and never eased up. I thought this was going to be a good laptop for live streaming. Guess I was wrong.

I was sold a Lemon

It continues to give me all kinds of errors when it starts up. Weekly I get a message that says BIOS recovery when I turn it on and lately I am getting the message that says BITLOCK Recovery. For a computer that is 2 1/2 months old I am very disappointed and never intend to buy a computer from best buy ever again. I feel like I was sold a lemon. I also feel helpless.

This laptop had problem from day one.

Could not get it back to the store fast enough. Returned it & purchased another that cost me over $400 more due to losing my $141 student credit and it just plain cost more...but much happier with the replacement. Not saying all of these laptops are bad...just buyer beware, know what you’re buying.

It is now $250 less a week later. BestBuy should honor this price for me. Had I known would never have purchased this a week ago. Can I get a $250 credit? The C-drive was the problem and it could be resolved soI would not recommend anyone buy an HP Envy until they ask about the C-Drive. Some of them may not have the same problem but you had better ask before you buy.

HP's Poor product Support.

The thing was nothing but problems from the beginning. I found a Dell Insperion laptop a few weeks later that ended up being a few dollars less and was a better product. HP's support was atrocious and never really resolved the problems with the laptop.

HP not worth your time & money

The space bar did not work and when searching for solutions found that this was an inherent issue with HP laptops. If a space bar is 3 inches it should work no matter where you press it. Returned the laptop back to the store and bought a Dell. Very happy with the new Dell inspiron!

No internet

I have not used the laptop frequently, but every other time I use it, the wifi controller stops working. Had it repaired by Best Buy once and still have the same problem. No ability to connect wirelessly to the internet.
