Seemed like a great computer but we couldn’t keep the WiFi on it connected. Had to return it ☹️

This laptop was an open box meaning the person who purchased it first could have damaged it because once I turned it on after I purchased it, it would not stream correctly using obs. It kept freezing up on me and never eased up. I thought this was going to be a good laptop for live streaming. Guess I was wrong.

This computer is a a lemon. It continues to give me all kinds of errors when it starts up. Weekly I get a message that says BIOS recovery when I turn it on and lately I am getting the message that says BITLOCK Recovery. For a computer that is 2 1/2 months old I am very disappointed and never intend to buy a computer from best buy ever again. I feel like I was sold a lemon. I also feel helpless.

Almost 60 days and the screen blinks off and on!!! Seeing if I can exchange it.

I bought this for school. It worked great for about 3 weeks and now it wont even turn on. I paid over $1,500 after tax and warranty.

Not sure if this was a one - off, but this laptop had a multitude of issues. Could not get it back to the store fast enough. Returned it & purchased another that cost me over $400 more due to losing my $141 student credit and it just plain cost more...but much happier with the replacement. Not saying all of these laptops are bad...just buyer beware, know what you’re buying.

The laptop is great. I paid $1249.99 a week ago. It is now $250 less a week later. BestBuy should honor this price for me. Had I known would never have purchased this a week ago. Great Laptop all except overheating issue causing it to shut off in the middle of working

Purchased for personal home use..Did not do everything I thought it should.....brought in for Geek Squad to help....no success.....technical advisor said my old laptop had a chip installed and this laptop was too new and that feature was no longer available......I wanted to enable Stero mixer for mic to be able to play music on selected sites

After 3 visits to Best Buy, they said I could return the computer and I did not want to deal with it anymore. The C-drive was the problem and it could be resolved soI would not recommend anyone buy an HP Envy until they ask about the C-Drive. Some of them may not have the same problem but you had better ask before you buy.

I purchased a new HP Envy 17.3" laptop that was "out of the box". The thing was nothing but problems from the beginning. I found a Dell Insperion laptop a few weeks later that ended up being a few dollars less and was a better product. HP's support was atrocious and never really resolved the problems with the laptop.

Bought in may June went black no longer able to use sent to hp Returned to me and of Oct erased everything on it including the 365 Microsoft office I purchased Now black and not working again. I better get a refund.. is all I have to say

Would not buy. The space bar did not work and when searching for solutions found that this was an inherent issue with HP laptops. If a space bar is 3 inches it should work no matter where you press it. Returned the laptop back to the store and bought a Dell. Very happy with the new Dell inspiron!

Worst 1.3k spent I repurchased the item in August within a month; I already had to send it in to repair the system. I love HP, but with both envy's I have owned, it has been nothing but issues.

It hasn’t work since day one, one problem after another!Suffer issue literally this computer has a mind of its own.

Worst purchase ever. I have not used the laptop frequently, but every other time I use it, the wifi controller stops working. Had it repaired by Best Buy once and still have the same problem. No ability to connect wirelessly to the internet.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP LAPTOP! I had to return two in a matter of months. There is a problem with their programing and the answer they give - just return to the store. My time is worth more. I will continue to purchase ASUS.

Haven't had this laptop long but it's been nothing but issues, very low quality. Has had charging and battery issues and I'm ready to throw it away. It's more trouble than it's worth.

The computer worked for about 1 month and the went dead charger would not charge battery. Returned it Best Buy and the Geeks said it was dead and there was nothing they could do with it

I purchased this laptop and returned it. The zoom pucturescwas cloudy and it kept turning off and freezing on me . I returned it fir a different laptop.
