    During zoom message came across the screen saying low battery, but it was plugged up at the time. About 30 minutes later shut down. Unable to cut back on. Was not the power cord . Had to send to Texas . Hopefully will get back soon , all information is lost.

    I bought it from bust buy in 2018. This HP that claims to have i7 core was slowest I ever seen. The hinges are fragile and broke off after a year. I‘ve paid $350 to get it fixed! The keyboard had sticky feeling since I purchased it . I didn’t buy Warranty, so I couldn’t return it. Overall disappointing! Don’t ever settle for this trash laptop just because the price is cheaper.

    If I could give it zero stars I would. Hard drive failed after just 2 years. Lost everything.
