I ought this PC for my non-tech Wife and she absolutely loves it. The touch screen is nice and the processor is quick.

We are enjoying our new HP Envy computer. I bought it specifically because it had CD/DVD capability. I teach dance & being able to back up my teaching library, was my motivation for this purchase. I was also glad to see the Windows Media program again. It’s a little more challenging to use than the former one, but we are making it work. It’s a lovely computer. I would use keys that are more visible, if I were to list an area that could be improved upon. Overall, I am delighted to have a laptop!

I like this computer. It is very fast. The connection with the printer thru the network is also fast, Navigation to any files and the internet are very easy.

Bought to replace an old laptop and desktop. Had the required number of ports for connecting network (ethernet), monitor, keyboard/mouse, and speakers. Still had two available USB 3.o ports as well as a USB-c port. With help of the Best Buy Associate, figured how to keep it closed and still function as the desktop replacement. D Paired with an HP monitor, image is crisp and clear. Was fairly easy to set up and get running. I would recommend this particular laptop.

Great laptop right out of the box. Long battery life, fast loading multiple webpages. I’m happy with this product.

Could I give more stars?!? I haven't had a single issue with this laptop! It runs all my games perfectly and makes it easy to switch from games to school work or business and runs all the programs I need effortlessly. The touch screen is amazing and never fails. It also have the finger print login so I can quickly open it and continue without having to type a long password or pass code. It also has a Webcam kill switch so I know that I'm protected.

If you looking for a excellent size screen, this is the one. Very clear and the touch screen is awesome.

This computer worked out perfectly for my job. I needed a MX250 and it was the best one for a cheaper price.

So far it has been a great computer...I had no problems in setting it up. Already recommended to a friend.
