I Replaced A 2015 Model With This & I Could not Be Happier This 1 Is Great Screen Has Outstanding Display

Sales associates were very helpful. TV up and working well. Not so much with the laptop and the sound system. Daughter was not able to connect because of the coronavirus. Daughter is immune compromised and I have a low immune system. She was unable to fi ish hooking everything up. We are using the TV's sound at the moment. Laptop still in its box until she can hook both up. All in all we were very happy with the service.

It is just what I wanted! Fast, loaded, elegant. Makes me want to go back to my projects. Love it!

It is a great laptop for me and what I need it for. Pretty user friendly. I bought it before I went out of town for work. When I came back in town, for my days off, it was on sale for $200 less than what I paid for it at the time of purchase and I had no trouble with the store to get the discounted price when I went back up to the store.

I really like this laptop, I’m using it for college and so far it’s been great. However, I’ve had to exchange this laptop 3 times in the past. At first the WiFi wouldn’t connect, then the laptop would say that the WiFi driver needed updated and wouldn’t let me do anything, lastly the screen turned black and said there was a internal problem and needed repaired. I love how wide the screen is, and the specs are great for animation, so I didn’t want to give it up. Now it’s working fine and there hasn’t been any issues.
