Premium Laptop at a affordable price

The computer does look plain but has a host of great software include. Should you need tech support you can connect HP customer service. You will receive 1 year of tech support and warranty on the hardware and software should anything go wrong. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

A great 10th Gen CPU and Great Server class

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded it to Pro and can run a heavy CPU app like Blue Iris I replaced a Dual XEON rack mounted Dell PowerEdge Server 2012 and now I run a LOW power service for surveillance software that is heavily dependent on CPU. This lowers my kWh from the total hourly load in half. Bought it open Box at a fabulous price too thanks to a really nice Best Buy sales person who saw its value!

Upgraded 10 year old HP Laptop

Great Black Friday Deal

With the SSD, the startup and overall system performance is a lot better over standard HD. For the price I got this during Black Friday (a first), I'm quite satisfied with this purchase.

The touchscreen is great to have although it's not why I chose it. The speakers sound pretty good. The only thing I wish it had is a quick access button to the calculator. I purchased the j5 create docking station to connect and extra monitor and ergonomic keyboard and I am super happy with this laptop and the new setup.
