I like my HP Envy 17.3 Touch-Screen laptop. So far no problems. The keyboard touch is different than my old laptop but I'm getting use to it.

I bought this laptop for my wife. She loves it. It boots up quickly and is very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this laptop to a friend.

This is my 4th hp and i'm very happy with the performance. It takes me 2 seconds to log in, in addition I love the hard drive space. Great computer.

Fantastic laptop! I can’t say enough good things about this laptop and so I’m not even going to try. Just go buy it before you can’t. It’s awesome.

I got this mainly for when I travel but I tried it out and it is perfect for the amount of space I have and will probably have in a hotel room.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. It was a great gift idea for me.

We’ve only had it for a month but it seems to be working well for now. Would have been nice if BB offered the 1TB SSD that you can get from HP

I love my new computer. The sales girl was so nice and informed. I would buy an other computer from Best Buy when this one quits on me.

I've only had it a few months, but in that time I've used it for college, and had no issues with it. Seems like a very well-built machine.

Let me start by saying I know next to nothing about computers. I'm sure that will be obvious when you read this review. Well this thing was a pain from the beginning. I bought this new online. I received it and it wasnt set up correctly. I had to go through some hassle of setting it up. Within 2 months it wouldn't work.I took it to the geek squad and it had to be shipped out to fix. I cant remember now what the issue was but it completely wiped my computer. I rarely use it but I havent had any issues since.

The first hp envy we purchased worked for less than two days, and then wouldn’t power up at all. After trying all the recommended steps, we asked for a replacement. My husband had to drive to a store 60 miles away for it. The replacement worked ok for five or six weeks, and now it’s starting to have the same problem as the first one. Even when it was working, I was somewhat disappointed. It cost a lot more than my old Asus, but it actually seems slower. Slower to turn on, slower to load, save files,etc. Occasionally I just get a blue screen and I need to restart it. I see that other people have had that problem too. Because of covid, I wasn’t able to see the computer before buying it. It has a few quirks that might bother some people.nThe worst thing is that the keys are louder than my previous computers. I used to be able to type for hours at night without waking my husband, now i can’t. Other quirks: the mousepad is very wide ( perhaps because it’s a 17”) so it’s hard for me to “right click.” It caused quite a few errors. The keys are somewhat hard to read, even with the back lights. The arrow keys are awkwardly set up, and it’s easy to hit the wrong keys for insert, or number lock. When opened, a ridge is formed to raise the back up a little. That’s fine on a table, but it’s uncomfortable if you rest the laptop on your bent legs (it can leave red marks on your thighs). Bestbuy extended their return policy for covid but the deadline was a few days ago. I bought an HP expecting reliability, so I’m very disappointed that I’m going to have to go through the hassle of replacing or repairing this computer.

I am sure that it is a good computer my only problem is me. I really do not know a lot about computers. I am going to have to find somebody to teach me then maybe I will like it better.

I did weeks of extensive research before purchasing this laptop and I'm very pleased with it.

Looks great and is very fast. Only complaint is the fingerprint recognition. It often won't acknowledge the fingerprint and you have to enter your PIN. Other than that love it.

Starts up quickly and easy to use. Bought the geek squad virus protection with ad block( which does not block ads). A good purchase.

Bought this so that my girlfriend can do homework while still being capable of handling games that I enjoy, and it works great!

Computer is awesome. Installed a program I use at work. The first time I used it I had 3 programs open and it handled it with ease.

This laptop is a keeper. Is everything I need and more. Clear images when loading my digital camera movies and pictures.

This computer is far & away the best I've had yet. I'm still learning what its' capable of. H.P. is the only unit I will purchase.
