I want my warranty money back.

The on/off button broke, so I was putting it on sleep.. I waited because of the holidays and got Covid first week of Jan 2020. By the time I got 'better' and Best Buy was answering their phones, they had me send it to HP because they were doing No repairs. By this time, the computer was overheating. I SHOULD HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY PRICE RETURNED. I had to pay for extra insurance or wait in line (weeks) to have the computer repaired by HP. ($170) They supposedly fixed it. Came back with the same problem. 3 times sent in, and then they said they couldn't fix it, and they had no 17" touch screens left with CD copier, but they could send a 15" (rip off). The computer was gone so often I had to buy another computer so I bought a Lenovo. The HP was the 3rd HP I'd had, but it will be the last.
