    Haven’t had this laptop a year yet and having problems with the Bluetooth connection and with it getting really hot and shutting down. Trying to find out it there is a manufacturers warranty on it. Disappointed. Always have been pleased with HP products but this one has not lived up to my expectations.

    This laptop is, obviously, on the larger side and not all that portable. This is what we were looking for though. Our issue is it constantly loses internet connection. All other computers in household are fine, this goes offline. The only way we can get it to reconnect is to restart it which is not ideal. Have called support several times with no real answers. Otherwise computer is great.
