    I need to take this lap top back to find out why I can not get right into the operating programs I use are not readily available on this lap top. I had them copy all the operating programs from my lap top to the new one and NOTHING was said about it not coming with Word and Execl operation systems at the big price I paid for this new lap top. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
