One died in less than a year; the other died at almost exactly one year from date of purchase. Thankfully, we purchased the extended warranty, so repairs are covered... but who knows how long they'll last after that. No explanation of what was wrong with them, either. Very disappointed as a long-time HP user. Will have to consider another brand for next purchase. And, due to Covid (per Best Buy) the repairs took ONE MONTH. Shipped laptop to KY for repairs. Sat in "shipping" mode for almost two weeks. Poor customer service, BB.
