    This computer is horrible. I have only had it for 7 months and already it is so slow that I am sitting waiting for 3-5 minutes before anything opens. I am not one to sit and surf the web much. I only use it to look at email and on line ordering. Of course I am now trying to use it for Zoom gatherings but am having difficulty with that also. It gets really hot and the fan runs a lot. It drops the internet connection frequently. I have been a fan of HP in the past and was excited to have the bigger screen. But I am really disappointed and would not recommend it.
