I was a little disappointed in the selection, but I am happy with my purchase.

Good product. Easy to use and set up. Works well for I what I use it for.

I bought this just before COVID shutdown, like its design, have been using it actively at home, and it has been functioning well. However, today Esc key snapped off, (fractured along edge of key) and I can't place back into position. May be a freak event but obviously unacceptable.

Fast loading. clear screen. But Backlit keyboard hard to read keys

Good laptop to use at home. Could use more hp for faster processing

For older people with old phones. Scan won’t work at all on Phone

EVEN THOUGH THE LAPTOP IS NEWLY PAINTING IT SCRASHES EASLY. I BOUGHT BAMBU PEN THAT CAN'T BE RECOGNIZED BY THE HP LAPTOP. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS HP OR MICROSOFT WINDOWS 10. OTHER APPLICATIONS DON'T RECOGNIZE THE PEN EITHER.

purchased from best buy . about 1000$ . 3rd time this year sent back for repair. HP customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS OIECE OF JUNK. cd drive does not read. hard drive (512SSD) may be bad? will not replace or refund purchase price. just keep saying it's been fixed until warranty runs out. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Specs look impressive but nothing but problems and issues. have to run recovery now ever 2 days. STAY AWAY

I have owned two other HP laptops and not one thing has gone wrong with them so I decided to buy another one to replace the oldest one. I bought this laptop back in late November of 2019 and it has been nothing but trouble. When we first set it up it seemed to be fine. Then it started acting up. If it went to sleep, it would not wake back up and you would have to hold the power key down to turn it off. I called tech support, they did several things, and it seemed to be ok again. My daughter installed all the applications she uses and it was still working fine. We came back from vacation and when we turned it on again, it would not boot. I called tech support again and they could not fix it over the phone so I had to ship it to an HP facility. Apparently the Intel Optane memory was bad and had to be replaced. When we got it back, there were several strange things happening in the OS (exe files randomly crashing, files not opening, etc.) and, wait for it, it would not wake up after it went to sleep again. So I updated Windows and several drivers and the problem still exists. So now I will have to call HP once again to have it fixed. TOTAL LEMON!!!!!

Want to use the laptop and it was burning hot on the bottom while plugged in and off. Charging indicator light is stuck on even when not plugged in and laptop not turning on. Will be reaching out to geek quad and hopefully they can make sense of this. Otherwise this feels like a lemon from HP and should be pulled from the market based on the other reviews on here.

It is a great computer but when we got home with it realize the sales person did not ask if we wanted and protection plan on the computer
