Beautiful laptop and easy to use. Unhappy about how the screen cracked without dropping the computer

works, not as fast as you think an i7 core would be more in the i5 realm

Only had it for 2 weeks and keeps losing connection to WiFi/internet. Not happy. Thinking of returning it.

web cam and camera inop from the start couldnt get one in the store to work ...all inop went to dell . but best buy is awesome

Process was simple, my only complaint is that I waited a while to get my laptop.

You sold me a used computer that didn't work right. After spending 2 hours with tech support one time, then another 1 hour for a different problem I brought the original laptop. I got a new one and low and behold the stickers were on the laptop and not on the inside of the box like they were for the first laptop. I paid $1145 for a used broken laptop not to mention the hours I was talking with the tech. I sent a letter to the corporate office and got back a letter saying to contact this number to talk to someone. The number sent me to India or some other country and the person had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say I sent a letter to the FBI, and the BBC. I will never buy anything from you unless it's opened in front of me. I have told all my customers and friends to check the contents before buying from your company. A real disgrace.

I had no idea that a modern, high end laptop did not have Bluetooth.

Since I bought this laptop no booklet or assistance as to how to operate or use the laptop. I've asked the Gee Squad W/O much help, asked a sales person and she said unable to help, see the Gee Squad for help. If someone would help me with a booklet or how I can print out information to assist me to operate or use the laptop and know all the features it has, including all the keys. I never owned a laptop or know how to use it. When I bought it and I thought it would come with a booklet as other items (T V's, radio, camera, appliances and etc.) it did have anything. I would like to use what I purchased and get my monies worth. I hope I'll hear back from someone. Thank you!

Does anyone know how to fix the webcam issue, recently bought this laptop less than a week ago and the webcam function shows error code 0xa00f4244 (NoCamerasAreAttached). I attempted all the basic fixes as shown on YouTube, but no luck!

Not happy with HP. Drivers were bad on a brand new laptop. Best Buy was great and exchanged it for a new one. But we are having so many problems getting our HP printer to work with this laptop that I am beyond frustrated.

This laptop starting giving me issues within a year. I now have it less than two years, and it is not working. I am actually writing this from a Dell that is close to 10 years old that is still working. The HP Envy screen goes black and now the laptop overall just will not go on. I've seen blogs about it happening to others. I cannot even get it back on. Frankly, I rarely used this HP Envy computer and it was a waste of money.

Unfortunately when I was going to purchase this it was not in stock and could not be ordered on line. I was disappointed that I had to buy a higher price product

Item was purchased and taken to home and found to be missing key features to complete Set Up. Called Geek Squad and the tech could not assist as SYSTEM was missing key components. Had to return device which added a LOT OF FRUSTRATION -- Miles, time, no replacement unit available at store -- Forced to buy a different computer being used to write this review

wifi connection kept turning on and off. sent back to hp for repairs. returned to me with same problem.

I wish the salesman had ordered the computer to ship directly to the store so that they could add the updates and then I could pick it up. The computer is still in the box unopened because they would not take it at best buy to do the updates.

Most products have to be bought. A lot of games. Not worth the price. Makes assumptions about what the consumers would like. I would have been better off buying a Dell and telling them what I wanted.

Right after I bought the laptop and setup windows account the fan started running continually with very loud noise. Updating BIOS, other remedies I found online helped. HP support couldn’t fix it either.

We were hoping to replace our 10 year Dells with updated graphics, this laptop was worse than them. Returning them today and doing more research

I had the computer for only a week and the screen stopped booting up completely, i went to geek squad and they couldn't find the problem.

Had to return due to a hard drive issue. Sold out so have not replaced at this time.
