not happy with computer. still can not use it. why do you want me to write this multiple times

Purchased on 11/11/19. Easy to set up. Boots up in less than 15 seconds and responds very fast to file inputs. Online response is dependent on web site download speed. Screen is great. Finger print sign on seems to have a short memory and have to go back and setup again occasionally. There have been a few glitches, but they may not be computer related. Overall the speed has been amazing. Love this laptop and I got it on sale.

I have used this computer for quite a while. It has been reliable, and I plan to purchase HP again. I do keep it plugged in at all times now.

My Dell Laptop is fantastic. This Dell laptop I recently bought replaced an HP laptop. So far so good.

This is by far the best computer I have owned. And I attribute much of that to the SSD (Solid State Drive) that came with this computer. So much better than a "typical" hard drive. Instant start up and shut down, fast and never has a hiccup. I bought one a year earlier with a standard hard drive and I actually don't even like using that HP Envy computer. The Intel Corei7 is quick and can handle numerous operations at one time. There is nothing I don't like about this computer other than the fingerprint scan to log in when I start my computer up. It really never worked correctly and just basically was useless. Talked to HP and to Microsoft about my problems with it, and basically what I got from them is that the finger print. They said I would have to send the computer in to them, and I wasn't doing that. So I lived with it, not that big of deal, other than I like to get "what I pay for". I felt like someone dropped the ball in helping me on this. The backlit keyboard is nice as well as the touch screen. I like the SSD even though it doesn't have as much storage, but I keep everything in the cloud anyway so I can access it from anywhere. This has been my best computer I have ever owned.

This laptop is so easy to use. It came with Windows 10 but Microsoft upgraded it to Wondows 11 for free. Unheard of, right?!! Sweet! My only problem was that it was running out of memory, so the Geeks fixed that for me. I’m a happy camper!

Mine was about 5 years older but mostly the same. Mine was also stolen and I downgraded when I replaced it. This 17" fit perfectly in my Samsonite roller case, which was made for a 15". This i7 is blazing fast! Touchpad is " touchy", but functional. The rest made up for the touchpad.

Amazing laptop! Been working with This since 2019 and wow.. no problems, fast and good finishes!

I do like a big screen laptop like HP Envy 17.3" and it runs great and long life battery.

Had some issues with video playing as it was hooked up to another monitor, it was very herky-jerky. Something I'd expect from a laptop 20 years ago. Maybe, it was because, I'm running it through the USB port, but that shouldn't be a problem now a days right? Not real sure if this one is a lemon or not- time will tell. If it's having trouble with simple video when I enlarge it to full screen- is it going to blue screen on me with game play... I'm not a gamer but my son is and I'm sure he will put it to the test soon. AGAIN, a little on the fence!

The Power button gave out after 3 years. Very disappointed
