I got a HP Envy for Christmas from my husband. I was very surprised as I had not ever looked at a notebook or even mentioned looking at one. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I think it is awesome. The battery doesn't hold up as long as I would like it to, but that is the only issue I have at this point. Love HP products.

Had an HP Envy that got damaged, but was so happy with it that another HP Envy was a natural replacement choice. I really appreciated the keyboard on both as it is easy to type on. With all of the paper writing being done, this feature was essential. Have certainly not exhausted all of the computers potential, but loving it so far!

My main concern was it being able to load my quick books program quickly. I have waited forever with my previous computer. There is also an option to increase the speed if it isn't fast enough (bought separately) which was a big selling point for me. It however is plenty fast enough all on its own. Set up was veery simple as well.

Love the large touch screen. Runs fast. Cannot figure out how to make the right click work.

We have some games, which work well. The keys light up (and turn off) at the touch of a button and the big screen works great for managing spreadsheets and making photo books. The only downside I see is that the power cable is connected via a pin style connector, which I am worried might snap off through over use or accident.

I love the way this laptop functions. It's easy to use and the performance is top notch.

Good laptop for the money - good speed and memory - really wanted the backlit keyboard that I missed on the last one I had.

I have had this item for over a month now, everything is great. Starts up fast, runs fast, shuts down fast. Has all the features you would ever need for business or personal computing. Not a gaming machine, but it's not supposed to be. Handles the internet, documents, photos, videos, no problem. It's big, so need a big laptop bag, and probably not for the frequent flyer, but for the rest of us, perfect !!!

I love the big screen AND that it has a DVD PLAYER! Plenty of storage for my genealogy!

This is our first laptop and we really enjoy what it does. Geek Squad set it up for us and we are learning all the things it can do. The mobility is really great and we can not say enough about the screen size. This has been a very enjoyable experience for us.

I'm certainly no techo wizard - but this laptop is very easy to use. After having a computer that was over 15 years old - this is a dream! Geek Squad has been very helpful when I've had any questions, signs into the computer remotely and walks me through the processes without having to return to the store. I'm thoroughly impressed with the computer, Geek Squad, and Best Buy! Thank you!

I put off this purchase until the existing HP melted down! I put off learning Windows 10 and found learning was easier with the Geek Squad all was do-able. Help in the initialization and data transfer by Best Buy got me over the timid period. I used the online geek squad to take control and bump me out of any holes I got into. Good experience and find the HP Envy was a great buy.

This is my 4th purchase of an HP Laptop. I really like the big screen model. I do not have a desk top PC, so this larger screen HP Laptop serves as my desktop PC. If I want to take it with me, wherever I go, I can do that also. The only thing I really miss from this model is the fingerprint scan to log in to the computer.....but it was not a deal breaker! I still love this laptop!

This is great laptop. Fast, great graphic and set up couldn't have been easier

everytime I turn on this computer, I'm blown away by the graphics and screen resolution. Its absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the design of the computer itself. It's a super sleek silver computer, with a then body and frame, has multiple USB ports, a CD drive, SD card slot, HDMI port, etc. this coumpurer is perfect for anyone who loves film making, photography, gaming, etc.

I love this laptop. Exceeds my expectations. Love the screen size. So quick.
