I purchased this computer as a replacement for a 2 year old HP Envy. It was plug and play right from the beginning. I only had to load my personal software and away I went. Great buy

Overall, the computer was pretty fast and I loved everything about it but it was just as fast as my current laptop which is 7 years old. I wanted faster computer so I did return it after few days. In that time, I enjoyed my time with it.

Pretty heavy. Plays games on med settings well, not to be used for hardcore or demanding games since the video card isn't the greatest. Bright and vivid enough display and speakers are loud. Keyboard has a good typing feel to it.

My husband and I need a computer to read emails, shop and google search. My teenage son uses it to do homework and play games with his friends. It works great for all of those things.

My girlfriend's daughter is autistic and I got this for her to help "expand" her creativity and learning. She is doing great on it and will use it for online schooling in the fall.

What a great computer. We went back and forth trying to see what computer would be best for us and I'm glad we chose this item. It has a giant screen with impressive video quality.

This laptop is just what we wanted. We like the size and it does not matter if it is a bit heavy because we are not going to be carrying it around very much. We also like the DVD player.

Over 2 years later and still very happy with the computer. This thing goes everywhere with me and is going strong. Fast enough for me and sturdy as well.

I had previously owned a Toshiba Satelite Laptop and it worked well, but nothing like the Envy.. Super Fast Speeds, Bright Colors, Ultra Thin. You cant go wrong with this computer!!

My new HP Envy is exactly what I was looking for. The Geek Squad transferred my files. Thanks, Team! The computer is perfect and does everything I'd hoped it would. I'm very happy.

We are very pleased with the laptop and its characteristics. We also like the resolution and the screen size.

Was a bit time consuming setting up due to all the updates. But all in all satisfied with performance and reliability. Did not respond well with Trend Micro anti-virus program. Had to uninstall and utilize another anti-virus.

This laptop is great! The touch screen is very responsive. I love the 2 GB of video RAM, it makes a huge difference when using a video editing program. OS is very stable.

This HP is super light weight for the size. Also the cord is not as heavy as my old one. I travel a lot with my computer and the above mentioned should make this much easier. The screen is great and I do love the touch screen!!

Have only had this laptop for a month, but so far so good. Did a lot of research before purchasing and this had the best reviews. Plenty of power and memory. Very pleased thus far.

I decided to buy this computer because my wife bought the same model last June. I've used hers so I decided to get the same one for me. I love the size and the backlit keyboard.

Got this on sale at a great price. A lot of features for the money from the I7 to 7200rpm HD to the backlit keyboard. There was not a lot of bloatware on this pretty clean. My 4 year old Toshiba laptop had a larger keyboad and I was a little disappointed but then discovered that all of the current keyboards are the same size on other brands as well. I transport mine from office to home so I have it plugged in most of the time therefore I changed the power settings to High Performance And wow it is fast for what I use it for. Have not done video or photo editing but I can't imagine that it won't handle these tasks.Great computer.

The large screen is great since my vision is not so great. Touch screen is wonderful. The keyboard is very responsive without having to strike hard. All around great laptop.
